The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead one of our core product areas. You'll shape product strategy, work with engineering and design teams, and directly impact how thousands of companies work.

Required Experience & Skills

Product Management

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS
• Proven track record of launching successful products
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Technical Understanding

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Understanding of APIs and software architecture
• Familiarity with modern development practices
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Productboard, etc.)

Business Acumen

• Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer needs
• Experience with pricing and go-to-market strategies

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to present to C-level executives
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Experience in workflow automation or enterprise software
• Previous experience at high-growth startups
• German language proficiency
• Technical background or computer science degree
• Experience with international/distributed teams

What You'll Do

Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Identify growth opportunities and new market segments
• Align product strategy with business objectives

Execution & Delivery

• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features
• Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact
• Write clear product requirements and user stories
• Make data-driven decisions on product direction
• Manage product backlog and sprint planning

Customer Focus

• Engage directly with customers to understand needs
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization

Cross-functional Leadership

• Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing
• Present product updates to leadership team
• Mentor junior product managers
• Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

Compensation & Benefits

Financial

• Base salary: €75,000 - €95,000 depending on experience
• Equity package with 4-year vesting
• Annual performance bonus (up to 15% of base)

30-minute call with our Head of Product to discuss your background and the role.

Stage 3: Product Case Study (Week 3)

Take-home assignment to showcase your product thinking (3-4 hours).

Stage 4: Onsite/Virtual Interviews (Week 4)

Half-day of interviews including:

• Product strategy discussion with CPO
• Technical discussion with Engineering Lead
• Stakeholder management scenario with Sales/Marketing
• Culture fit conversation with team members

Stage 5: Reference Checks & Offer (Week 5)

We'll conduct reference checks and extend an offer to the successful candidate.
